It's summertime. Take it easy and don't push yourself being perfect. Give you the chance for a pause - a honest moment per day, to breath deeply, and to feel the connection to your heart.

Pausing mindfully when you transition from one activity to another, before you take a habitual action, or at any other moment in your day, will allow you to notice what’s really there. Learning to pause is a powerful tool that we can all use to bring greater awareness into our lives.
