Every week we will explore the quality of one of the 5 Elements out in Nature, in a different setting of the sacred island Mallorca..
We will touch the purity of the sea, the earthy forest, the rawness of the mountains and the myth of the caves.
The practice is accustomed to each Element to embody its unique energy within you and to feel it at the same time outside of you, in your surrounding – in Nature.
- PRACTICE -
In Silent Walking Meditation you will find your own steps to take.
During yoga, you will discover your own breath and body in rhythm with the elements.
In Ritual you will experience the mysteries of ancient ceremonials.
- HEADPHONE EXPERIENCE –
I will lead you through this unique Journey with wireless Headphones.
Your compass will be your own heart and my voice that flows through your Headphones and will move you freely in the beauty of nature
